Which Kubernetes?

Table of Contents

Fusion 5 running in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) with multiple node pools for workload isolation

To help users get started with Fusion 5, Lucidworks provides setup scripts for Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). It’s possible to use other Kubernetes providers, but the instructions and details provided in this article target the Kubernetes providers listed within release notes. To run Fusion 5, use your cloud provider’s stable release channel.

Although GKE refers to the latest stable version as the "stable release channel," your cloud provider may use different terminology.
